Keno 11 weeks

"A loving heart is the beginning of all knowledge."-Thomas Carlyle
Steve and Cheryl left on a cruise last Friday, so now it's time for Emily and I to spend some time with Keno! I picked him up last Thursday after school and have him until tomorrow when Emily and I are trading. It's been awhile since we've actually traded dogs, lately its just been swapping Tahoe back and forth every week. :)

I've enjoyed Keno immensely. He's one of those dogs that can get wound up if you're not careful, and sometimes he's rather difficult to unwind. The past few days though, I've really established a healthy dominance over him, figured out a couple of his little buttons, and life has just been like peaches and cream.

On Friday night he went to the movies, along with Emily and Tahoe, and was actually the only one who wasn't very bothered by Paranormal Activity. He did so well that the next day he got to go back and see Where the Wild Things Are. Again, very very good puppy. :) Except I think he paid a little bit too much attention during the wild rumpus part of the movie, because when we got home, it was like watching the movie in my backyard.

So so silly. We've been working on obedience and he went to work with my dad until I got home today. He'll get to go to the office again tomorrow. :)

He's growing! Harder to tell when I have him day after day, but he definitely is.
He also got a bath on Sunday.
He stood still for most of it and then seemed to realize halfway through that I was spraying him with water. He squirmed a little and then gave up.
I get little Keno again soon for the few days between when Emily's week ends and Steve and Cheryl get back from vacation. I'll kinda miss him though...he's just my kind of guy. :)

Love it! He is one cute puppy, and how good to already sit through a movie!

He is just too cute! =D I love his ears. You can definitely tell he is related to the C pups, though. They look adorable together!

Hi there! First time visit! Great site! Love the photos.
Come by for a visit if ya like... I'm a golden puppy too...not training for anything specific, but mom is ALWAYS working on training with me, and we go to classes.

Hugs and snaggle-tooth kisses,
Sierra Rose

Keno is adorable and looks like he is growing as fast as his sister, Kashi. Definitely one cute litter!
